★★★★★Jonathan and his team did great work on our bathroom renovation. He came out the first day I called him and always showed up when he said he would! Super thankful
★★★★★Jonathan did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel. He took the budget I had and made a beautiful bathroom! He stayed with the workers and made sure they did the job. He answered all of my crazy questions with a smile on his face. I would recommend Jonathan for any remodeling job.
★★★★★A friend recommended Jonathan and his company Treat Builds for our rebuilding of three rooms in our house after a water leak - from joists up. The job included a full bathroom remodel as well. From the beginning to the end, the whole experience working with Jonathan and his crews was amazing. Jonathan was responsive, organized, professional, thorough, timely…I can’t say enough. My husband and I both agree - we only want to use only him for every project in our future!

Most of our conversions run about $7,000 to $8,500 for a prefab shower, $14,000 to $18,000 for a custom tiled shower, and $22,000 and up for a spa-style shower. Use the calculator above for a range that fits your choices.

It's a range based on what these projects cost us to build in the OKC metro. Your exact price comes from a site visit and a fixed-price contract, so the number you sign is the number you pay unless you approve a change.
-
Usually, yes. A tub drain sits in a different spot than a shower drain, so we cut the slab, move the drain, and patch the concrete. That's included in every price above.
-
No. Your floor, vanity, and toilet stay. We patch the walls next to the new shower and paint them. If you want to redo the whole room, try our full bathroom calculator.
-
It can if it's the only tub in the house, especially for buyers with young kids. If you have another tub elsewhere, a walk-in shower is usually a plus. We're happy to talk it through on a planning call.
-
About a week for a prefab shower and about a week and a half for a tiled shower, once work starts.
-
Moving the drain usually needs a plumbing permit in the OKC metro. We pull it and schedule the inspection, and it's included in your price.
-
We stop, show you what we found, and price the repair before doing it. That's why we suggest a 10–15% cushion, especially in homes built before 1980.
