I'm Jonathan Treat. I started Treat Builds in 2019 after more than a decade working with custom homebuilders and design-build architecture firms. I saw how often homeowners got vague bids, surprise costs, and contractors who stopped answering the phone halfway through a job. Treat Builds is built to be the opposite.

The specialized work is done by trusted trade partners for plumbing, electrical, tile, and carpentry, each one personally vetted for skill, reliability, and cleanliness. All scheduling, changes, and payments go through us, so nothing falls between trades. Together, our team brings decades of combined experience and hundreds of completed remodels.
